Heather Archer, a native of a very small town called Blenheim, SC, graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2004 where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Management and Minor in Fashion Merchandising. She spent the majority of her summers and holidays visiting family in Wilmington and knew at an early age that this area is where she wanted to establish a life and eventually raise a family. After graduating from college, she moved to Wilmington and began working in the banking industry. Her love and fascination for the beach and real estate led her to obtain her Real Estate license shortly after. In 2008, Heather married her husband, Chip Archer and they have 3 four-legged fur babies, their Yorkies, Reece, Snickers and Twix. In her free time, she loves lounging on the beach, boating, shopping, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
Working in land sales for about 2 years, then onsite with a local builder for 6 years, Heather has an expertise in new home construction and she has found great joy in helping buyers build their perfect home. Being on The Keith Beatty team, Heather feels very privileged to have the opportunity to work with one of the leading agents in the area. She promises to offer you the very best experience and prides herself for her honesty and excellent customer service. Whether listing your current home or buying a new home, she would be honored to work with you for all of your real estate needs!
Heather Archer is by far the best real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She is proactive, communicates in a timely fashion and goes above and beyond what should ever be expected. We were purchasing from across the country and needed handholding most of the way. She never dropped the ball from beginning to end. I have referred a friend who is also looking in the Wilmington area to Heather. Thank you for all you did for us!
Dave and Rory Sandmeyer
We have had both the buyer and seller experiences with Heather Archer. We bought our house from the homebuilder she was working for at the time in The Palm Grove Development, and was truly impressed by her professionalism and attention to detail. In fact, after moving into our new house and while still receiving all the personal attention and follow-up while living in the community, we told her if she ever went into selling real estate when and if we decided to sell we would want to put the listing with her. After five years of owning the property, we decided to sell and she had moved on to Keith Beatty’s Team at Intracoastal Realty. We listed with her and never looked back. She did unlimited marketing and realtor showings to get our house the exposure it needed – she did not rely on multi-listing – she went above and beyond. Thanks to her attention to detail, and unlimited exposure to the realty market and persistence she sold our house in 30 days. I can’t say enough about Heather – she is the best realtor (in my opinion). So, if you are selling or buying you need to contact Heather she will take care of all your needs. In fact, when and if we decide to buy another house in Wilmington she is our Realtor Of Choice.

Ashley Whitley was born and raised on in the small rural town of Grantham, NC. Early on in her childhood the values of hard work and civic duty were instilled in her through hot laborious summers on the farm and the close knit small town community. After graduating from high school Ashley chose to relocate to the larger coastal city of Wilmington where she attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. She graduated from UNCW in 2005 with a major in Business and quickly fell in love with the life at the coast. Ashley was then lured to the wonderful city of Charleston, South Carolina. While in Charleston Ashley began her career in marketing at Greystar Development and then chose to pursue a career in Pharmaceutical sales. On her first day of living in Charleston she met her now husband of 8 years, Justin Whitley. After a short period of time she and Justin made the decision to relocate back to Wilmington. Upon arrival and at the conclusion of purchasing her first home Ashley’s interest in Real Estate and marketing took root. Landing a lead marketing position for Keith Beatty and his team has allowed her to see the ins and outs of real estate. As the real estate market is constantly shifting and marketing strategies are constantly evolving; Ashley remains firm in her love for the business.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Ashley Whitley. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process and had our best interests at heart. She was very quick to respond to calls and emails and made herself available with short notice. We will definitely be recommending Ashley to all of our friends and family. Aj & Victoria Vasilos
Ashley Whitley with Intracoastal Realty was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable, professional, and honest. We wanted to sell our home before we had our first baby and she made it happen. Not only that, she was able to get us under contract with our dream home in the same month and for amazing deal. She truly pulled out all of the stops to make us satisfied. She was such a pleasure to work with, we have recommended her to several friends and family members who all say the exact same thing. If you are looking for a quality, down to earth, efficient realtor look no further because Ashley Whitley with the Keith Beatty Team is the one for you!
Melissa Bachman came to visit Wilmington, NC in November of 2000 for the very first time. Prior to that she lived most of her life in North Dallas and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. As she walked hand and hand along the beautiful white Wilmington beaches with her soon to be fiancé, Dr. Kevin Bachman, he turned and asked her if she thought they could build a life in his hometown of Wilmington. She promptly responded, YES! They married in 2002 at Figure 8 Island and she has never strayed too far from the coastline since.
Melissa has over 14 years of Sales and Business Development experience and last worked at PPD, Inc. as an Associate Director for Business Development in the cGMP Analytical labs. She left her role at PPD in 2004 to become CEO of Bachman Enterprise, also known as, “Mom” to 2 wonderful and beautiful children, Joseph and Sophie. She has served as a board member for the Children’s Museum of Wilmington, worked diligently for the Junior League of Wilmington, is actively involved with the PTA Board at Blair Elementary, a member of the Tri-Pink Ladies, and was the Chairman of the Board for the Dayschool at St. James Episcopal Church in downtown Wilmington. While not attending football, basketball, baseball, soccer, gymnastic class, or dance recitals with her very active children, she and her family like to fish, paddleboard, bike, stay fit, and enjoy the all the marine life that Wilmington has to offer.
Melissa is prepared, organized, has a knack for the details, is warm and engaging, and prides herself on never being a stranger. She is excited to be a part of the Keith Beatty team and knows that together, they can help you with all your real estate needs. Feel free to call Melissa on her cell at 910-233-0333 or email her at firstname.lastname@example.org , so that she can begin working for you supporting your real estate needs!
‘Melissa is a tireless, energetic, focused and gifted partner. If you are looking for a dependable, qualified, knowledgeable and savvy agent, give her a call. Our search was all over the map and we weren’t sure what we really wanted. She had so much patience and was honest and direct when we needed her to be, supportive and encouraging when we were discouraged. I think her favorite line is “what can I do to help?”… and when we needed help, she acted as though she was grateful we finally asked! Wouldn’t work with anyone else and will recommend her to everyone we know.’
‘Melissa Bachman was a joy to work with!!! She helped me and my fiance’ find our dream home on the first try. She took into account the things that we both liked as well as found the best deal. Not only, was Melissa very knowledgeable and compassionate about her job, she shared her knowledge with us to ensure that we did the best thing for us, down to finding the perfect carpet cleaner company to clean the carpets. After purchasing our home, Melissa kept in contact and if I had any questions she’s always quick with her response. Melissa showed me that even though we purchased our home she is still available to us for any questions if anything ever comes up. I always imagined that purchasing a home would be stressful, but having Melissa on our side everything went as smooth as it could be. I truly enjoyed working with Melissa and I’m constantly referring her to people when I hear people thinking about purchasing a home!’

Keith was very good at communicating and understanding what type of properties we wanted to see. He stayed engaged throughout the entire process and was always pleasant and patient. We would recommend Keith to anyone looking at moving onto the area.
Ken and Cindi Oakes
Keith is an exceptional real estate agent with a deep knowledge of the Wilmington market, superb listening skills, thorough with documentation, always available and a healthy dose of common sense. Of the five properties I’ve purchased over the years, this one was by far the smoothest and quickest transaction ever. Keith’s professional and good-natured demeanor helped keep me and the seller aligned throughout the process. I would hire Keith as my agent again without question.

“We came to Wilmington from the DC area. First trip was the first to the area. Met with Bill, sensed his honesty and integrity; asked him if he would work with us and we would eventually buy a house from him. Six months, about six trips, and after Bill filtering and showing us 60 – 70 homes we bought a beautiful home in Landfall. Our commitment and investment in Bill paid off handsomely. He then oversaw and was with us thought the administrative issues; offer, financial, legal, closing. What a wonderful process; and still occasionally Bill calls to see how we are doing and if we need local assistance with anything.” Arthur and Candace Burns
“For the past year I have come to know Bill as my Real Estate Broker, friend and now peer. From the beginning Bill welcomed my wife Eileen and I into the Wilmington area and worked diligently to find us a home that fit our needs entirely. He was available whenever we needed him for advice, a showing or just had general questions regarding the Wilmington area. I couldn’t think of a better person to help us make a smooth transition from New York to North Carolina. His overwhelming friendliness, professionalism and respect for our needs turned him from Real Estate Broker to friend. I appreciated his time and service so much that it provided me the incentive to seek a career with Intracoastal Realty. Now I am surrounded by a team of dedicated professionals and am proud to work with him as a peer! That’s a great story.”

Don Harris was an excellent agent and guide in selling our home on Forest Hills Dr., ILM. He provided excellent information and guidance in marketing our home and guiding us through negotiations culminating in a very satisfactory sale. Throughout the process he was readily available for consultations and for recommendations on contractors who could help us prepare the property for viewing. We were particularly grateful for his knowledge and experience in home sales, and his patient and thorough advice. He has our highest recommendation. Erich & Linda Cluxton
Mr. Don Harris was absolutely wonderful! My parents had worked with Mr. Harris a few years before and, after seeing the care he took with them, there were no other options when my husband and I decided to buy a house. He took the time to explain the process of buying a house in first-time home buyers’ language that we could understand, outlining each step along the way, and answered all of my questions (even if I’d asked them already) with a smile. Mr. Harris kept us up-to-date on all listings that met our criteria, introduced us to the handy Intracoastal Realty app, and was readily available when we needed him. Don was genuinely interested in helping to find the home we were looking for, kept our best interests as his priority, and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. We cannot express our gratitude and appreciation enough. Veronica Guettler
“We contacted Don to show us vacation home listings in the Wilmington area based on the strong recommendation of former neighbors. As “first timers” to the coastal NC home buyers’ market, Don provided us with outstanding guidance and support. We were fully informed about the costs of owning a home on the coast and developed a strong trust and confidence in Don. Don’s extraordinary client-based service approach is highly professional with a genuine personal touch. We love our coastal home and highly recommend Don.”
Dr. Jim & Elizabeth Greenlee, Chapel Hill, NC
My family & I want to thank you for all the help you gave us when we decided to sell my house. First of all, we are glad Robin picked you as our Realtor! You just went out of your way to keep us informed throughout this whole disaster. You gave us invaluable expertise as we moved from the sale of my beautiful home, through the fire, and then multiple decisions how to best proceed for a final sale and positive outcome, despite the situation. I will continue to give others your name when friends decide to sell.

I was born and raised in Hickory, NC. I began spending my summers at Oak Island, NC at the age of seven – that is when I fell in love with the beach. I attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington, and graduated in 1993 with a major in Communications. After graduation I moved back to Hickory with my fiancee and we found ourselves in the car every weekend headed for the coast! The chance to move back to Wilmington presented itself in 2002.
Since my move back to the coast, I have been the Sales Manager for a local marine dealership. I have managed to find plenty of time to fish and visit the beach with my family. As much as I enjoy being around boats, I could not resist the opportunity to join Intracoastal Realty and work with Keith Beatty. My wife and two boys love the area as much as I do, and I look forward to being here for the rest of my days.
In recent months I asked a commercial real estate professional to recommend to me a real estate professional in residential real estate. I was the attorney handling the sizable estate of my client, a recent elderly widow. My friend recommended Gene Ingle. In short order Gene sold my client’s home and a residential lot in Leland and found the perfect townhouse for my client in Wilmington. My client is very happy!
Bruce Jackson, Attorney at Law.
Gene Ingle worked with my wife and I for close to a year showing tireless patience and energy as we worked through many prospects for a second home at the beach. This covered many areas north and south of The Wimington area. Many thanks to you , Gene, for your patience and behind the scenes work as we closed on our special home!!!!
Megan Willetts is a native of Raleigh, NC where she graduated from NC State University with a BA in Mediated Communications. Having met her future husband during college, she quickly became interested in his mother’s involvement in real estate sales in Southport, NC. Shortly after graduating, she decided to venture into the real estate business herself and moved to the Southport area where she became part of her future mother-in-law’s sales team. She practiced general brokerage initially, but her true interest lied in new home construction and sales where she remained for four years.
After taking a brief respite from real estate to pursue tobacco sales in TN, then full time motherhood to her son born in 2013, she relocated back to the Wilmington area to be closer to family. When the opportunity arose to work with Keith Beatty on a new community, she jumped at the chance to be back in the real estate industry. She is now the community expert at Magnolia Trace townhomes, and gathers tremendous satisfaction helping buyers through the process of building and settling into their new homes. Having grown up vacationing on the NC coast, Megan has always felt at ease living a coastal life. She enjoys relaxing on the water or beach or taking her son on walks to witness the breathtaking views this area has to offer.
Growing up in Asheville, NC surrounded by mountains was great; however, in 1989 I headed to the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and have not looked back! The ocean pulled me like a magnet. In May 1993 I graduated with a major in Communications. In September 1993 I married Gene Ingle and moved west to the foothills of the mountains to Hickory, NC. But the coast and all it offered drew us back to the beach in 2002. In July of 2008 I earned my Real Estate License and began my career. As the Great Recession began I had the privilege to grow and learn how to navigate the ever changing waters of our local market. At heart I am a teacher and endeavor to point my clients toward the best decision possible for their personal needs. The difficult early years have enabled me to play an important role on the Keith Beatty Team with my vast understanding of the area and the market. 2017 will be a great year in our market and I look forward to assisting you. Gene and I have two “almost” men who are aged 18 and 16 and an 11 year old lab. Aside from work I love boating, swimming, paddle boarding, walking the loop, reading, teaching Sunday School and participating in what we affectionately term “forced family fun”!
“As first time buyers, we started the process very excited, but also intimidated. Luckily for us, someone recommended Sherri Ingle, and we are so thankful they did. From the moment we met Sherri, I knew we were in good hands. Not only is she very knowledgeable of all things real estate, she is also extremely nice and generally just a good person. She was so easy to work with, answered all of our questions, and was very accommodating to our busy schedules. My favorite example of the type of Realtor/person that Sherri is, is when we were going out to look at houses for the second or third time. We had the MLS handout and were looking at the pictures, the house on paper was looking very promising. However, when we pulled into the neighborhood and stopped in front of the house, she looked at us with the honesty and insight of a great Realtor and told us that this was not an option for us. She explained to us that though the house was probably very nice, the location was only so-so, and it would be a tough resale. As first time buyers who were relatively new to the area we were interested in, we would not have had a clue! When we finally found “the one,” Sherri whipped out her laptop while we were still in the house and put in our offer! She went to bat for us during negotiations and was with us every step of the way. Looking back, I don’t know what we would have done without her. We would recommend her to all of our friends, family, coworkers, you name it; She truly made our experience of buying our first house an amazing one!”
Sherri Ingle was great to work with. She helped us through the process of looking & buying property and was always professional. Would highly recommend her.

If you‘ve ever seen, heard of, or eaten from the big red bbq truck in town, then you are already familiar with Ed, or as some of you may know him, the Owner of Poor Piggy’s BBQ truck. Coming from a strong background of selling real estate in the Outer Banks from 2003 to 2011 (graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 2001), Ed decided to take a break from over 9 years of successfully helping people buy & sell homes, land, & investment properties to pursue another dream of his, bbq. In 2010 Ed started winning bbq competitions & decided he wanted to provide better opportunities for his wife Frances & two little girls, Emma now 7, & Hannah now 5. One thing the family agreed on is that it had to be a coastal town with a beach & there had to be a good church. So in July of 2011 Ed packed up his family & moved to Wilmington to open Poor Piggy’s BBQ Food Trucks & Catering. He blazed a trail as the first ever food truck to work through Wilmington’s tough zoning laws & difficult health department. Keeping his real estate license active throughout, he always looked forward to a return to the business once he got to know a few people around town. Through a friend he was blessed to be given the opportunity to join the Ketih Beatty team.
Ed loves spending time with his family, volunteering at Northside church whenever there is a need, & looks forward to getting back into Rotary Club (he was president of the Kitty Hawk Rotary in 2006). With over 9 years’ real estate experience, Ed knows how to get it done. From successfully helping countless clients, to buying & selling a lot of real estate for himself, he has the knowledge to help you get the best price on your purchase or the most for your property. He is passionate & persistent in negotiations, but also knows that sometimes the best deal is gotten through patience. Give Ed a call at 910-742-0508 or email him at email@example.com to make him a part of your buying or selling experience & who knows, maybe there’s even a little bbq in it for you.
Oh, happy day! I cannot thank Ed Coulbourn III enough for getting our Wilmington house under contract & closed so quickly for a price that put a little money in our pockets! He is by far the best agent I had interviewed to do the job. We told him we had a short time line, 2 months max, and he was able secure a deal in about 3 weeks. Ed shared his expertise during negotiations, and was respectful if we went a different route. He went above and beyond in service. Ed has a great heart- he knew we were under tremendous stress with relocating half-way across the country and he was compassionate as we worked through the sale. If you have a home to buy or sell, Ed is your man. He is honest, hard working and 100% on his clients’ side. Thank you so very much, Ed! We were blessed to have you as our agent.
Karen & Joe Fecarotta
The process of purchasing a home was an enjoyable experience from beginning to end because of our realtor, Ed Coulbourn. From being available when we needed him, communicating efficiently and quickly with the sellers agents, negotiating to get the best price possible, providing all the required paperwork, and lining up all the inspections and other appointments, Ed Coulbourn is hands down simply the best realtor we know. We don’t intend to leave our beautiful home any time soon, but if and when we do, we will definitely use Ed Coulbourn again as our realtor.

I was born and raised in High Point, NC, traveled the country as a flight attendant out of college where I lived in Washington, DC followed by Alexandria, VA, started a family in Cardiff By The Sea, CA and called that home for 12 years and then finally got smart and realized that there is no finer place to live than right here in Wrightsville Beach/Wilmington NC! I absolutely love living here. I chose to raise my three children right here for the last 12 years and I don’t ever plan to leave! The clear, clean ocean, the peaceful beaches, the friendly, laid back community and the simple living are just too hard to beat.
Once I had children, I gave up my position as a flight attendant to become a mom where I honed my skills as a chef, chauffeur, nurse, manager, negotiator, and problem solver! I worked hard at that job for 19 years, but as we know, all good things must eventually come to an end…My oldest daughter flew the coop last year to attend college in Santa Barbara, CA, her sister is leaving to become a Tar Heel in the fall and my 12 year old son is just too easy which has left me with lots of free time. I decided it was time to take on a new challenge and was lucky enough to be hired onto The Keith Beatty Team.
I can’t wait to help you find the perfect home so that you too can experience the joy that I feel every day from waking up in such an extraordinary area of NC. Maybe you already live in the jewel we have, but your needs have changed-a growing family who needs more space or perhaps, like me, you need to downsize as your children begin to leave the nest. Maybe you live in another beautiful city, but you dream of having a beach retreat? Whatever your needs may be, I am confident that I, with the support of my team, can help you find your dream home or can help you market and sell your current home. Please don’t hesitate to call or text me anytime on my cell phone at 910-524-4787. You may also email me at Tdas@IntracoastalRealty.com. Thank you and have a great day.
Laura was raised in Wilmington, and graduated from Hoggard High School, then attended UNCW. After living on the Outer Banks of North Carolina for almost 25 years, the draw of the Port City triggered me to relocate back to Wilmington in June of 2013, with my two sons, Trey who is 19, and Jack is 16.
Moving home to Wilmington was a great decision, and it is true, “there is no place like home”; especially when home is Wilmington, NC!
In 2004 Laura earned her real estate license, and did general brokerage, specializing in second homes, and vacation homes. Since moving to Wilmington and working at Intracoastal Realty she has been working on site at a new construction development called Tarin Woods. Laura absolutely loves her job, and has learned so much about construction and new home sales. On top of that she has been able to be a part of an amazing new community, and made great friends along the way.
Laura is looking forward to being at Tarin Woods for the next couple of years, and see the community finished. Her hobbies, include exercising, enjoy the beach and spending time with her family and friends.
A native of Fayetteville, NC, Daphne attended Methodist College where she studied business and accounting. She relocated to Wilmington, NC in 2000 with her husband to raise their two children. After working in the field of Massage Therapy for ten years, she opted for a career change in 2005 and obtained her real estate license as well as her brokers license. Daphne joined Keith’s team in 2006 and works closely with buyers and sellers. She brings an extra level of professionalism to the team ensuring every real estate transaction is a positive experience.
Thanks to you and Daphne, we closed on our new townhouse in Saylor’s Watch last Friday. The sole sticking point in negotiations had to do with the new washer and dryer, which were installed through your intervention and the decision to forego a significant portion of your commission.
This is not the first unexpected kindness that Intracoastal Realty has extended to us, and, as before, we are very grateful. We look forward to moving into our new home in a matter of weeks.
I’m sure I don’t have to tell you what a gem you have in Daphne. In all our dealings with her, she has not only been the consummate professional, she has also been warm and caring and has dealt with all of our concerns promptly and efficiently. We have worked with other Realtors over the years; they do not compare.
Again, thanks. If ever there is anything we can do to repay your favors, please let us know.

Jessica (or “Jess” as she is known by many) was born & raised in the small farm town of Benson, North Carolina. Every summer her family spent time vacationing at her grandparent’s home on Topsail Island. Some of her favorite childhood memories were spent on the coast of NC and the ocean has always felt like her “safe haven.”
So naturally, after graduating with an Associate’s Degree in Business, Jessica decided Wilmington was the perfect location to begin her career with the local Home Builder’s Association. There she was involved with the large scale projects such as the Parade of Homes and Sales & Marketing Council. This was her first of many opportunities to work directly with builders, contractors & realtors in the surrounding area. In 2005, Jessica joined the Intracoastal Realty family as an Agent Manager working directly under the Broker-in-Charge overseeing 80+ realtors and obtained her real estate license.
She continued her career path within the building industry as a mortgage loan processor and then with a commercial real estate & development company. These opportunities only continued to enhance her knowledge & experience throughout the Carolinas in the property management & development world. But her passion for the individual connection within residential real estate brought her back to Intracoastal Realty. Along with the opportunity to work for one of the Nation’s top real estate teams, it was an easy move to return to what she loved & so she joined the Keith Beatty Team. “I consider it an honor & privilege to be a part of such a wonderful team with an amazing presence in the community. I am blessed to be on Keith’s team & to be able to learn & work alongside such great people…it truly is like family. I guess we’re just one big Beatty Bunch!” In her spare time, Jessica enjoys gardening, reading, volleyball, boating, fishing, attending church on Sunday & spending time with her family/friends & four legged fur-baby, Lily. Jessica is an active volunteer with the Brigade Boys & Girls Club and serves as a committee member with the Eastern NC Make-a-Wish Foundation. In the world of real estate, Jessica strives “to put my client’s needs first & listening is the key…I make every effort to check all the boxes on their dream home wish list!” Jessica is excited to begin helping you make that wish a reality! Should you have any questions or if I can be of assistance, please feel free to call me directly at 910-279-0256 or send me an email at Jwest@intracoastalrealty.com.
Thanks so much & I look forward to working with you!
Jessica West is what I would define as one of those rare young individuals. She displays characteristics of the kind of people from my generation that were considered professionals . She takes her career as a realtor very serious. Jessica is dynamic, energetic, determined , and eager to put together the very best fit for her client. She is loyal, dependable, and responsible. Jessica has qualities not seen in so many so-called realtors such as excellent communications skills, attention to the smallest detail, she keeps her promises, she makes time to be “there ” for the client. Jessica is not one of those part-time realtors, who work around their schedule. I know this because she has been my realtor as a buyer, and seller. Jessica is currently working on another property for me and I know she will have great success in finding just the right fit. In the real estate business I know of a very popular saying location, location, location……Jessica West has her own aphorism: Professional Professional Professional .Anyone who is ready to make one of the most expensive and important investments in their lifetime needs Jessica West as their realtor.
Amy grew up in small eastern North Carolina farm town called Clayton. Her love of animals was innate, as she grew up around horses, cows, and ducks. In 1991 she graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Hospitality Management. In 1998 she married John Zabriskie and worked in property management for years before having their son Zach. Amy stayed at home raising Zach until the last few years when real estate/property management started tugging on her heart again. She currently works as the executive assistant to Keith Beatty. She has a gift for design and does help families transform their house in to a home. John and Amy spend many weekends cheering on Zach at his baseball games. She has two spoiled rotten golden retrievers who love the beach! Amy loves exercising, including running half marathons and enjoys boating during the summer months.
Amy is a true professional who is an absolute pleasure to work with. She was a great assistance in our purchase of our home at 213 Inlet Point Drive and the lot at 217 Inlet Point Drive.
Amy did all the right things to make a property buying experience pleasant. We began our search several months before the final purchase. Even though we freely admitted to Amy that we were just looking for a future retirement home, she dedicated her time and effort to assist us as if we’re going to write a contract immediately. Since we were both working at the time, we were only available for our home search on the weekends and Amy cheerfully accommodated our availability whenever we asked. In addition, we found her advice and counsel extremely useful in every respect.
We greatly appreciate Amy’s professionalism and positive attitude. She is an invaluable asset to the Intracoastal Realty Corporation. More importantly, she has become a friend we will always cherish.
